Two Days at Shiloh was recorded direct to 2-track at Shiloh Studio in Nashville. James Ward and manager Hans Altena hired engineer Gary Heddon to assemble a top-notch group to learn and record the songs with out remixing. It is a unique collection of later Ward tunes, with a couple of very early compositions like "Shame Oh Shame" and "The Dream."

James Ward is a composer, performer, and recording artist. He holds a BA in music from Covenant College and a Masters in Music from the University of Tennessee. He is director of music at New City Fellowship Presbyterian Church.
